It was an easy three hour cruise from Blunden Harbor to Sullivan Bay, a city on floats and docks. We were last here in June of 2016 with our first Nordic Tug 32. It looks a lot the same save for fewer houses and the number of visiting boats, no more than 6 or 7 in the bay. Last time we were here it was jammed full!

It was great to be able to get off the boat and walk for the first time in six days. We actually put in our 10,000 steps today just walking the docks a couple of times.

This is the end of one of the docks where the angry cat says go no further.

There is a tradition here that if you can tee off and get your ball on the dock 180 yards out you get a free night. You get two balls free to try. I wanted to do it but Marlene said it would be too embarrassing.

The top sign points to where we are going. We only have 265 miles to go as the crow flies.

Our one project of the day was to take the kayak down, dump out the water and reverse it. As you can see our kayak was suffering from Perrone’s disease. We were able to fix it. 🙂 🙂
The tradition here in the Broughton’s is a group Happy Hour on the dock. I baked fresh banana bread. People go all out with tasty treats, and drinks in hand. Tomorrow morning we are off for a six hour cruise to Lagoon Cove.

Looks like you get to make banana bread again for Lagoon Cove! Look at those blue skies! Safe travels!
